Title : "Think Before Consider After"
Plugged song : Kind Heart (Track 1)
God Knows (Track 10)
Personal Comments : (Out of 5 stars)
Cover Design : ***
At least better than "The One and Only", but the colour is not
attractive. The photos whith his beard on are awful.
Track 1 (Kind Heart) ****
Alan used a new technique to perform this song. It is an easy-listening one,
but due to his image(with beard) which greatly affect the popularity of
the song.
Track 2 (Shot at the extreme) ****
Alan really got many new tries in this album, quite a successful one! With
this new fashion fast song, it might create another style of Alan future
route. Have to mention the lyrics is written by Wyman.
Track 3 (The freedom with no boundary) ***
I personally don't like this song much, but many of my friends like this
song a lot. I have to agree that the chorous part of the song is quite
nice. It worth listening.
Track 4 (Wake up) ****
Alan duet with Cheng Chung Kei. Suprisingly, this new singer sings really
well. The lyric is written by Alan.
Track 5 (Troubles are caused by myself) ***** !
This song...I can't describe...what I can say... the feeling when I heard this
song is the same as when I heard his love songs in the 80's. In my point
of view, this is one of the best songs in recent years.
Track 6 (Love Returns) ***** !
Another excellent quality love song. A little bit less commerical than the
last one, but this is a real good song. Hope that Alan will sing this song
in his coming concert!
Track 7 (No more intertwine) ****
Again, definitely another new style of Alan's fast song. Really "IN" and
update, this is what we need from Alan. Luckily, this song is not called
"Game Over".
Track 8 (????) ****
A song duet with Nat, talking about friendship. I think that this song
is better than their duet "Fan Kim Tung Mei" last year. Nat's performance
has improved. The only problem in this song is that the lyric is a bit
old-fashioned.
Track 9 (Relax) ****
This is a strange song. You might not like it the first couple of times, but
while you listen to this more, you will begin to like it ~ a bit similar
to "The Escaping Train" in "Peace".
Track 10 (God Knows) ***
Someone consider this as the worst song in the album. For me, this song is not
that bad, but due to the high quality of songs in this album, I have to say
this is thw worst song. I never understand why Alan decide to plug this song.
Overview :
As I have said, this album is the best one since "Carnival", definitely better
than "True Man", "The One and Only" and "Refreshing Waves"...
Worthwhile to buy... I think the quality of this CD can be rated as the best
one in the summer!

Alan Tam's new album was already released on 23 August in Hong Kong.
Is there any comment on it?
Actually I have a suggestion for a long time that Alan should change the
producer in order to have some breakthrough. In this album, there are
still a lot of differences in the 'Contents' but the music ( including
mixing ) is still very much like the past albums.
The song I hate most in this album is the last track, which should be the
next song to be plugged.
The overall performance of this album is average.

Yes yes and yes. His new album is a bit different from his previous
ones. Not too commerical at all, takes some getting used to but they
are excellent IMO.

I guess it is just personal taste, because the last song is one
of my favorite songs on the album. I also like very much his
duet with Jeng Jung Gei 'Sing Yat Sing'...very catchy. I haven't
listened to the album much yet, since I just got it, so these
are the two songs which have caugh my attention the most.
